Tanya is a graduate student at Florida Atlantic University majoring in Computer Science.  She received her previous MS from Pyatigorsk Linguistics University in southern Russia.  Her specialization was the English language. Before moving to the U.S. she worked as a translator for the Russian branch of an American-based company in Togliatti.  She has been a freelance translator since moving to the United States in 2002.  Tanya has acquired a large amount of experience in translating specialized technical, medical, legal and financial documents.

Tanya's hobbies include tennis, roller-blading, running, she is also a certified NAUI scuba diver and is practicing Shorinji Kempo.  Next she is planning to study Spanish.
